Her leadership experience spans parish, school and diocesan structures, with an expertise in policy and curriculum development for church personnel. As a consultant for the diocese she updated the Mandated Child Protection Safe Environoment Policy for implementation in 89 churches, 35 schools. During her tenure as Director of Religious Education, Lucille oversaw the formulation and implementation of learning objectives for over 500 grade school students. Additionally, she trained teachers in child development, instruction techniques, classroom management and discipline. Lucille received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from King’s College (Wilkes-Barre, PA) and is currently working towards a Master of Science degree in Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University.
