Dennis VanAuken is a full time learning leader for The Catholic Leadership Institute. Prior to joining CLI, he was President and Business Performance Mentor of Positive Solutions, LLC, a company which specializes in helping businesses propel people, processes and profitability forward. Dennis’s leadership experience in the corporate business sector spans over 30 years; serving companies like Daou Systems and Environmental Solutions, where he has applied successful business methods to grow and develop successful organizations. His expertise include strategic planning, operational management and executive coaching. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Miracles in Motion and holds a seat on the Advisory Council of the Iowa Quality Center. He is also a member of St. Matthew Pastoral Council and Secretary of St. Matthew Holy Name Society. Dennis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. He lives with his wife Susie in Cedar Rapids, IA.
