Tim is former principal of FSMI, (Financial Synergies Management, Inc.), a firm committed to helping organizations improve their results and reach new levels of performance. Tim has achieved leadership positions in finance, information technology, and sales over his twenty-two year career. Tim’s diverse experience allows him to transcend industry lines to help his clients achieve business success and growth through a combination of strategy, planning, coaching and execution. He has served such diverse posts as Chief Financial Officer, IT Director, and Plant Controller at several Fortune 500 companies.
