Karen has over twenty years experience leading corporate and government training. As Vice President of TD/Commerce Bank, Karen held various leadership positions at their renowned corporate university including Dean of Retail Training, Director of Training Operations, and Knowledge Management Officer. She also led the Human Resources integration program for the recent Commerce/TD Bank merger. Prior to her work at TD Bank, Karen served as a civilian employee of the US Navy for fourteen years. There she managed Navy training facilities, directed training staffs, developed and implemented training technology programs, and designed instructional content. Karen graduated from Immaculate University with a BA in English. Karen, her husband and their two daughters reside in Woodbury Heights where they are active members of Infant Jesus Parish.
