Bill Dickinson (National Director, Leadership Development) Fr. Bill Dickinson serves as the National Director of Leadership Development for Catholic Leadership Institute. Fr. Bill is a priest of the Diocese of Cleveland, ordained in 1989. For 17 years of his priesthood, Fr. Bill served in parishes; including one ministerial appointment as the diocesan director for the Office of Continuing Education and Formation of Ministers for the Diocese of Cleveland. In the midst of his priestly ministry, Fr. Bill has also served the larger Church by providing pastoral leadership training and consultation for both the National Organization for Continuing Education of Roman Catholic Clergy and the National Federation of Priests’ Councils. He is a certified trainer with the Franklin Covey leadership training materials as well Emotional Intelligence. In alignment with his passion to promote leadership training and formation in service to the Roman Catholic Community, Fr. Bill received his Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School, Cleveland. Fr. Bill grew up in Detroit, Michigan and is a graduate of Michigan State University.
