Coaching is a personal learning process designed to result in personal growth for a leader as well as improved results for the organization he leads.
Participants in Fraternal Forum are eligible for four one-hour coaching sessions with a Catholic Leadership Institute Leadership Consultant. These coaching sessions are scheduled by the priest as needed as he begins to implement the vision for his parish.
The priest himself will determine the topic of the coaching session depending on what his current leadership needs may be. Although each priest has different needs, these topics are commonly shared:

- Getting unstuck or moving on a goal or initiative at the parish
- Navigating a challenging professional relationship
- Preparation and/or acclimating to a new or additional role in ministry
- Fostering personal development beyond the ministerial role (e.g. time/life balance)
