Ginny Koehler Joins Catholic Leadership Institute Team
Catholic Leadership Institute is pleased to announce a new addition to the Catholic Leadership Institute team, effective Monday January 13.
Ginny Koehler will assume the role of Manager of Finance and Operations with the following accountabilities:
- manage effective and streamlined financial, operational and administrative processes, including financial, accounting, governance, human resources information technology, and physical infrastructure
- Coordinate the understanding, awareness and development of recommended actions to ensure service capacity is optimal
- be involved in supporting financial and operational communications to the board, related committees, leadership team, and the organization at large;
- work closely with organization leaders and their teams, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures and considerations but also to explore how the finance and operations functions can support program and donor cultivation activities
Ginny possesses extensive financial and operations management experience in both non profit and for profit organizations. She was most recently Executive Director for Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Pennsylvania, a non profit providing planning, trustee and care services and resources to families caring for adults with mental disabilities. While there Ginny was instrumental in expanding the scope of programs, fundraising and advocacy initiatives supporting special needs services. Prior to that endeavor, Ginny held a number of management roles within Vanguard, one of the world's largest investment management companies.
Ginny and her family are active members of the parish community at St. Elizabeth's in Chester County. She has served as a faith formation catechist, youth group leader, and member of the parish stewardship council.
