Joe Cassady
Senior Learning Experience Manager
Joe started with the Catholic Leadership Institute in Spring of 2023 as the Senior Learning Experience Manager. He has spent over 20 years in various training roles in and outside of the Catholic Church. Joe has worked in youth and campus ministry, taught Theology at the high school level, and worked building training programs for churches and Catholic non-profits.
Outside of that Joe started his career much like CLI started, in adventure programs, training challenge course facilitators and running ropes courses. He also has worked with various corporate clients, non-profits and church’s to help them improve learning and personnel programs. Joe holds a MA in Theology (Pastoral Ministry) from Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary and a MS in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Joe lives just outside of the Twin Cities in Minnesota with his beautiful wife and their five children. They belong to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in West St. Paul and are Covenant Members of Community of Christ the Redeemer, a Lay Catholic Community. When not working or playing taxi for his kids, you will often find Joe playing board games, taking a hike, trying to do something artistic, or simply enjoying some good bourbon with friends.
