Tamra Fromm joined CLI as a Leadership Consultant in 2022. Currently, she is a professor of catechetics and practicum supervisor for Catholic Distance University and a lecturer in catechetics and research methods for Maryvale Institute in the United Kingdom. She also teaches Old Testament for the Catholic Biblical School of Michigan.
Her professional background in the Archdiocese of Detroit includes service in seminary administration and teaching, diocesan marketing for Catholic schools, and young adult ministry.
As a convert to the Catholic faith, she is passionate about helping parishes reach out to the ‘nones’ (or religiously unaffiliated) and has spoken and written extensively on evangelization.
She holds a BA in international relations/Russian language from Michigan State University, master degrees in business administration (University of Michigan-Dearborn) and theology (Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Detroit), and a doctorate degree in theology (Liverpool Hope University/Maryvale Institute).
She and her husband Brian reside in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, are active in their local parish, and enjoy traveling, hiking, and entertaining.
