Allan Caballero
Mission Catalyst
With nearly a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, Allan Caballero has served in a variety of roles as a volunteer, board member, and director. As a Mission Catalyst at Catholic Leadership Institute, Allan is at the forefront of fundraising efforts, working closely with donors to cultivate relationships, strategize, and inspire generosity for the mission of the Church. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom through the gifts of those who share in the vision of the Church’s transformative mission.
Before joining CLI in 2022, Allan led development efforts for several major Catholic organizations, including the Diocese of Metuchen, the Archdiocese of Newark, and the Archdiocese of Miami. In these roles, he was entrusted with leading annual giving programs, managing major gift campaigns, and overseeing a variety of initiatives such as special events, direct mail appeals, and online giving. Allan also trained and mentored over dozens of fundraising volunteers, helping them grow in their understanding of stewardship and their role in supporting the mission of the Church.
Allan’s expertise in donor cultivation and relationship management has inspired meaningful growth in both donor engagement and stewardship. His work is driven by a profound belief that each gift, no matter the size, is an opportunity to deepen the connection between donors and the life-changing mission of the Church. Through prayerful discernment and open-hearted communication, Allan helps donors recognize the impact of their generosity, empowering them to participate in the work of spreading the Gospel and advancing the Church’s mission in the world.
Beyond his professional work, Allan is dedicated to the broader mission of the Church and serves on the Executive Board of the Catholic Campus Ministry Association. He has also been a member of the Executive Board of Perth Amboy Catholic Schools, the Development Committee of Koinonia Academy, and spent several years as a Catholic missionary in Latin America, where he saw firsthand the transformative power of faith and service. Allan holds a B.S. in Management and Leadership from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Education from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Allan and his family are grateful to call South Florida their home, where they continue to live out their faith and commitment to the Church’s mission.
