Ellen Doyle, OSU

Leadership Consultant

Sister Ellen Doyle is a Leadership Consultant for Catholic Leadership Institute, formerly serving as Manager of Training and Development. A member of the Ursulines of Brown County, Ellen Doyle is the former Executive Director of the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA) and the former President of Chatfield College. She brings several decades of leadership experience consulting within her own religious community as well as for other communities, parishes and organizations. In addition, Sr. Doyle serves as a spiritual director and facilitator of discernment processes. Sr. Doyle holds a Master of Education degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH and has done further studies in organizational development, theology and spirituality.
