Jamison Rounds, is a husband and father of four, a duly instituted Acolyte and Reader (Lector), and a member of St. Martin of Tours Pastorate in Yankton South Dakota. He is a youth discipleship leader, member of pastorate planning team, major gifts subcommittee, Sacred Heart School strategic plan implementation team, past pastoral council member, past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus (Hartford, SD), past member of the Diocesan Planning Council, Bishop’s Hunt planning committee, and was a seminarian for the Diocese of Sioux Falls from 1998 to 2002. Most recently he was part-time interim director for the Yankton Catholic Community Foundation.

In his “tent making role” he is the managing partner of ValueVisor LLC & ValueVisor Business Sales and Real Estate. A licensed attorney, mediator, and dual Certified Valuation Analyst and Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor, he helps clients discover, increase, and get the value from their companies and lives. His clients have ranged from start-ups to multibillion-dollar companies. Jamison has testified as an expert in valuation and presented at the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, International Super Conference. He consults on best practices for growth and handles regulatory, business improvement, and complex transactional valuations.

Originally from Pierre SD, he was the campaign coordinator for Rounds for Governor, Director of the Governor’s Office of Strategic Initiatives, Mayor of Crooks, SD, Government professor at the University of South Dakota, Business Chair at Mount Marty University, and lived and studied in Germany, Poland, and Italy. He speaks German and Italian and serves on many boards and charities.
