Jonathan Alexander
Leadership Consultant
Jonathan Alexander joined Catholic Leadership Institute in 2024 as a Leadership Consultant. He graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a BA in Business Marketing and Theology, and has been involved in ministry for over 20 years.
He started out in Youth Ministry at St. Laurence Catholic Church in Sugar Land Texas before joining Adore Ministries in 2011. For the past 6 years he has served Adore Ministries as President, helping clarify values and foundational principles as well as expanding it's outreach to minister to hundreds of people each week. He has also traveled the country and spoken at various College Campuses, retreats, camps and conferences even though he is terrified of Airplanes.
Over the course of his career, he has gained significant experience in a range of skillsets, from business operations, business strategy, recruiting and executive level leadership, all without losing sight of what matters most: the people you serve. He has successfully developed & implemented growth strategies and has helped connect vision with purpose driven missional activity for many organizations
He has pursued several advanced professional development programs such as Generative AI Fundamentals, Scrum Master, Google Project Manager, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Profession and Digital Marketing & E-Commerce - mostly because he just loves to learn new things and is driven by his need to know. (He's a Wonder and Discernment Working Genius)
He is excited to bring his passion for innovation and expertise in strategic planning to support the mission of Catholic Leadership Institute and Church leaders throughout the country.
