Senior Content Manager
Tim Judge serves as Senior Content Manager at Catholic Leadership Institute, bringing over fifteen years of experience in ministry, formation, and content development. A fruit of the New Evangelization, Tim has dedicated his career to helping individuals encounter Christ more deeply through leadership formation, catechesis, and evangelization.
Since joining Catholic Leadership Institute, Tim has served as both a Learning Experience Designer and Content Developer, designing and developing learning experiences, instructional content, and formation resources for bishops, priests, religious, and lay leaders. His work combines visual communication, instructional design, theology, and leadership development to create engaging learning experiences. As Senior Content Manager, Tim oversees the organization's content strategy and development efforts, establishing best practices, promoting innovation in adult learning, and ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of formation resources across services.
Tim earned a B.A. in Arts and Visual Technology from George Mason University (2008), a Certification in the Apostolate of Catholic Youth Ministry from the Diocese of Arlington (2016), and an M.A. in Theology with a concentration in Catechesis and Evangelization from Christendom College (2022). Tim resides in Front Royal, Virginia, with his wife Danielle and their seven children. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his family, following his favorite bands, and skateboarding.
