Tracy Phillips
Leadership Consultant
Prior to joining the Catholic Leadership Institute team, Tracy Phillips spent over twenty years as a consultant specializing in human resources, training & development, management & leadership development, and organizational development. Most recently she served as HR Director, building the HR function from the ground up, for an entrepreneurial market research company positioning itself for an equity transaction.
Tracy has been an active member of her parish for twenty years. She has served in a variety of ministries including lector, VBS volunteer, youth ministry, religious education, and respect life. She has a passion for Saint John Paul II’s teaching on Theology of the Body, especially for youth, and has worked with her respect life team in building a culture of life by planning and hosting a myriad of speakers, forums, and retreats.
Tracy holds a master’s degree in training and Organization Development from Saint Joseph’s University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology (I/O) from The Pennsylvania State University. Aside from her responsibilities at CLI and consulting, she serves on her local school board, and she serves as Visiting Professor at the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
Tracy resides in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Steve, and four children where they worship at Saint Peter Parish in West Brandywine.
