To assist you with the completion of your priest profile, our Ministry Support Staff is available to you in any of the following ways. Select one of the following options that is most convenient to your schedule and needs.

Option 1: Send an email to our Ministry Support Team
If you are running into any programs with accessing or completing your priest profile through our online platform, send an email to us and we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.

Option 2: Schedule a personal one-on-one Zoom session to complete your profile
If you are having problems logging into the online platform or are unable to complete your profile, schedule a one-on-one Zoom session at a time that is convenient for you with one of our Ministry Support Staff. We’ll walk you through the survey and complete it real-time on your behalf. Sessions are scheduled for one hour, but may be done quicker, depending on your situation.

Option 3: Fill out the priest profile using a simple online tool
If you are comfortable completing the priest profile yourself, but need a slightly simpler interface, you can opt to fill out the same survey using a simpler online tool.

Option 4: Get your priest profile in a paper format
If you work better with paper, we can either email or send you the priest profile in paper form. You can fill it out and return to us through email or the mail, at our cost.
