Looking Back on Called For More Learnings & Looking Forward Thanks to Philanthropy
It is with profound appreciation, humble prayers, and a galvanized spirit that Catholic Leadership Institute announces a gift of $500,000 from Lilly Endowment Inc. to sustain and take our Called For More initiative to the next level.
Appropriately named, Called For More calls our pastors, dioceses, and parishes to love more, learn more, and lead more like Christ.
Called For More has been a catalyst in:
- Bolstering dioceses via technology and data-based support.
- Equipping priests with growth plans to care for them spiritually and corporally and with meaningful feedback, often for the first time
- Guiding pastors and parishes in strong action planning.
- Informing, inspiring, and igniting a parish with rich insights and data
- Discovering and employing priestly gifts to best shepherd a parish.
- Disseminating best practices nationally.

Lilly Endowment has heard and answered this same call with generosity again; we are so thankful. This is the second Lilly Endowment grant to support Called For More. Catholic Leadership Institute is one of 78 organizations receiving grants through Lilly Endowment’s Thriving in Ministry Initiative.
