These webinars are hosted for key parish leaders who will assist with the "We Are His Witnesses" pastoral planning process in the Archdiocese of Newark. Please register for a webinar on the date of your choosing, making sure to select your role at the parish in the appropriate fields on the sign-up form (pastor, PPOC, key parish leader, and other parish leader). You only need to attend one of the webinars.
Who is the Key Parish Leader (KPL)? The KPL is designated by the Pastor and PPOC. The KPL will have access to the parish’s results and will be expected to assist the pastor and parish community in understanding and communicating these results. This might include taking part in consultations about results and assisting in identifying priorities based on the unique strengths and opportunities of your parish. KPLs do not require a portal account and will be provided a direct link to reporting after the survey closes and reporting has been enabled.
Who is the Parish Point of Contact (PPOC)? The PPOC is designated by the pastor and is primarily responsible for receiving, accessing, and disseminating information from Catholic Leadership Institute to the appropriate people at the parish. The PPOC has a portal account with log in credentials.
Who Receives Portal Access? The pastor and PPOC will receive log-in credentials to Catholic Leadership Institute's online portal and will have access to view the survey process during the collection period. They will also have access to view results when they become available. Other team members/KPLs are encouraged to attend the informational webinars, but will not receive credentials to log into the Catholic Leadership Institute portal.
