Preparing Our Priests of Tomorrow: Seminary Formation

Catholic Leadership Institute is excited to offer leadership formation and skill-building to discerning men of God studying for the Roman Catholic Priesthood. This training supports the overall formation program of a Graduate Seminary in the four dimensions of priestly development: Spiritual, Human, Intellectual, and Pastoral. Upon the recommendations of both bishops and rectors, Catholic Leadership Institute can provide two training modules on the skill of “Self-Leadership.” Delivered one year apart, each Module has the ability to strengthen a man’s overall self-understanding and leadership—as a disciple and as a student of formation. This development in self-leadership will benefit how he interacts and leads within the Seminary Community and his Apostolate.
