Catholic Leadership Institute offers Episcopal Ongoing Formation & Support sessions in thanksgiving for our bishops’ shepherding ministry. These sessions provide skill-building and coaching to our bishops as they envision a strong future for their local churches and respond to the leadership challenges they encounter. Along with leadership skill-building, each three-day session offers fraternity and prayer that enable a bishop to contemplate his role and leadership responsibilities in service to his local Church.

Episcopal Ongoing Formation & Support Session

February 10-13, 2025

Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Topic: Reaching, Engaging, and Cultivating the Next Generation for an Apostolic Age

Please join us for our annual Episcopal Ongoing Formation & Support Session where you and your brother bishops will receive accompaniment on this important topic – the fruit of your own selections. This session will bring clarity and focus to the responsibility before us to reach, engage, and cultivate the next generation in the Apostolic Age of our Church today.

“I have found the Episcopal Ongoing Formation & Support sessions to be thought provoking and affirming of my ministry at the same time as they have given me valuable tools that I have been able to use to make my ministry more effective. It is also a valued time to be together with my brother bishops — sharing what we are dealing with and supporting each other ministerally and personally.”

Bishop Anthony B. Taylor of Little Rock, AR
