As a part of the Good Leaders, Good Shepherds curriculum, priest participants are encouraged to invite their key leaders, both paid and volunteer, to a one-day session. During this session, we will offer you an overview of Good Leaders, Good Shepherds, provide a dynamic teaching on the DISC Profile (measures instinctive behaviors that are manifested in the work place), and facilitate a conversation between you and your pastor/associate pastor or supervisor on how you can together better communicate and collaborate with these new insights and learnings.
