Augusta Haynes brings nearly a decade of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on building effective, mission-aligned teams. She has led full-cycle hiring efforts, partnered closely with organizational leaders, and contributed to the development of structured, thoughtful hiring processes that support long-term growth. Her experience includes supporting recruiting efforts within corporate and professional environments, bringing a strategic and organized approach to talent acquisition.
Augusta holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and is passionate about the field of human resources, with a particular interest in fostering hiring practices that are both strategic and people-centered.
In addition to her professional work, she has been actively involved in Catholic initiatives and organizations for many years, including advocacy within the pro-life movement, and has helped establish and lead pro-life and pro-family initiatives within her local communities. Augusta currently lives in the Diocese of Austin, Texas with her husband and is grateful for the opportunity to support organizations that serve the Church.
