Brian Topping
Leadership Consultant
Brian Topping is an organizational leader and consultant with 30 years of experience helping Catholic organizations align their systems and strategies with their mission. He is known for his ability to simplify complex organizational processes, helping leaders move from vision to clear, practical execution.
Brian has served in leadership and consulting roles within the Catholic Church at the parish, diocesan, and lay apostolate levels, as well as in Catholic publishing. He has facilitated team-building processes with Fortune 500 executive leaders and nonprofit groups, led strategic planning, guided organizations through change management, provided leadership development and coaching, and assisted with diocesan parish restructuring, among other duties. Currently, Brian is helping Paradisus Dei develop mission-aligned operational infrastructure focused on volunteer engagement, development, and leadership.
Along with his wife, Vicky, and their children, Brian is an active member of St. Anthony Parish in the Archdiocese of Dubuque, where he is currently involved in That Man is You!, the diocesan Men’s Conference, the Journey in Faith process, and Teams of Our Lady. Brian holds a Master’s in Leadership Studies from Lewis University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Benedictine University.
