Donna is originally from Baton Rouge, LA, but has lived in Chicago, IL since 2002. For her "first" career she earned her B.A. in Theatre from Louisiana State University and spent several years touring the country performing for young audiences before moving to Chicago. There, she graduated from Second City's Acting Conservatory and Writing programs.
She later earned her M.S. in Education with a focus on Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University. She has nearly 20 years of experience with leadership development and facilitation, earning certifications in Prosci Change Management, the EQ-i 2.0/360 Assessment, CCL Benchmarks 360 Assessment, as a Crucial Conversations facilitator, and as an MBTI Master Practitioner, She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Donna was confirmed in the Catholic church through the RCIA program in 2001. She has since sought opportunities to serve the church as a lector, Vice Chair of the Parish Council, and in assisting with RCIA (OCIA) program at her parish.
Her years of working in theatre led her to her wonderful husband, Dave. They are the very proud parents of their children, David and Claire (who are both good at math, which proves it isn't hereditary). They attend St. Benedict parish in Chicago.
