Drew Peloubet

A native of New York, N.Y., Drew Peloubet received his bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. A resident of Tampa, FL he is married to Susan. They have four children and four grandchildren.

After a successful career as a multi-unit director of Brinker International’s Chili’s restaurants, Peloubet has served as Managing Member of DSP Holdings, LLC, a private equity real estate investment fund. He joined AccSys, Inc./Restaurant Magic as a partner and CEO in 2005 and became majority shareholder in 2010. He sold Restaurant Magic to PAR Technology (NYSE: PAR) in 2019.

Treasurer of the Tampa Bay chapter of Legatus, he and Susan are active in Christ the King parish. Drew is now focused on real estate acquisitions, a group of emerging technology entities, and serving his charitable commitments. These include the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FOCUS, Feeding Tampa Bay, Food For The Poor, The Florida Council on Economic Education, and multiple projects in Haiti. Past non-profit board seats include Metropolitan Ministries, Help Brings Hope For Haiti, Renew Haiti, and the USF School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
