A native of New York, N.Y., Drew Peloubet received his bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. A twenty-year resident of Tampa, FL he is married to Susan. They have four children and three grandchildren.
After a successful career as a multi-unit director of Brinker International’s Chili’s restaurants, Peloubet has served as Managing Member of DSP Holdings, LLC, a private equity real estate investment fund. He joined AccSys, Inc./Restaurant Magic as a partner and CEO in 2005 and became majority shareholder in 2010. He sold Restaurant Magic to PAR Technology (NYSE: PAR) in 2019 and completed a consulting agreement in 2020.
A member of the Tampa Bay chapter of Legatus, he and Susan are active in Christ the King parish. Drew is now focused on real estate acquisitions, building the value of some patented intellectual property assets, and serving his charitable commitments. These include St. Vincent DePaul Regional Seminary, FOCUS, Feeding Tampa Bay, Food For The Poor, The Florida Council on Economic Education, and multiple projects in Haiti. Past non-profit board seats include Metropolitan Ministries, Help Brings Hope For Haiti, Renew Haiti, and the USF School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
