Jeff Pattison
Leadership Consultant
Jeff Pattison joined Catholic Leadership Institute in 2023 as a Leadership Consultant. As a Human Resources professional for over 25 years, Jeff has been a catalyst for change and creating great culture throughout his career. He most enjoys working with leaders to create positive change and working though change management issues.
Jeff started his career at the corporate offices of Edward Jones Investments and then Anheuser-Busch, before moving on to various industries and leadership opportunities. Jeff currently serves as Director of Human Resources- North America for ELANTAS PDG, a maker of specialty chemicals and division of ALTANA, based in Germany.
As a long-time parishioner of his local parish, he has served in a variety of lay leader roles, including the Parish Council and Finance Committees, small group facilitator, and coach for Catholic youth sports. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Room at the Inn, a short-term shelter for those in need.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Missouri State University and has attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. In his leisure time, Jeff enjoys college football, reading and playing both golf and tennis. He and his wife, Lori, are proud parents of two boys and live in the St. Louis, Missouri, area where they are active members of Holy Spirit Parish and proud supporters of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
