Jill Olson brings a unique blend of experience in both Catholic ministry and business leadership combining pastoral sensitivity, thoughtful discernment, and a deep love for the Church with strong business acumen and analytical rigor. With more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning strategic planning, financial management, data science and analytics, and organizational operations, Jill has served across Fortune 500 companies, private enterprise, nonprofit organizations, and Catholic ministry environments. She is passionate about accompanying diocesan, parish, and ministry leaders as they navigate the opportunities and challenges facing the Church today.
Known for her ability to synthesize complex information and identify meaningful patterns, Jill helps organizations move from uncertainty to clarity through thoughtful, mission-centered decision-making. Her work often involves guiding leaders through organizational transitions, leadership development, financial discernment, and long-range planning while balancing both pastoral and operational realities.
Jill holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Catholic Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She also spent time studying at The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
Jill lives in the Minneapolis area with her husband, Dave. They are new empty-nesters and enjoy their time traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Their worship community is Holy Name of Jesus in Medina, MN where Jill was once the business administrator.
