Kate Sullivan
Leadership Consultant
Kate Sullivan brings experience in parish ministry and nonprofit leadership with an abiding desire to support the Church through both spiritual formation and operational excellence. She has served as Associate Director of Faith Formation and Evangelization at Holy Name of Jesus in Redlands, CA, where she led youth and young adult initiatives rooted in prayer, catechesis, and evangelization. Her parish ministry experience includes sacramental preparation, volunteer formation, retreat leadership, and building sustainable systems that foster long-term ministry growth.
Kate is the founder of Evenly Consulting, where she partners with nonprofit organizations to design effective personnel and operational systems. She holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Leadership from California State University, San Bernardino, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
Kate entered the Catholic Church in 2021 and has since felt called to support leaders who serve Christ and His Church with wisdom, clarity, and compassion. She lives in Southern California with her husband, and together they serve in OCIA, speak at parish events, and lead marriage retreats. She remains engaged in parish and volunteer ministry throughout the Diocese of San Bernardino.
