Kim Lisiak Fraleigh

Leadership Consultant

Kim Lisiak Fraleigh is a Leadership Consultant with the Catholic Leadership Institute, accompanying Church leaders through seasons of growth, transition, and discernment. She brings more than a decade of leadership development experience, including over 3,500 hours of one-on-one coaching and 2,500 hours of training and facilitation across public, private, nonprofit, and Catholic organizations.

Alongside her work with CLI, she is Director of Leadership Development at Lippert Components (NYSE: LCII), where she serves as coach, trainer, trusted advisor, and strategic partner to leaders from the front line to the executive. An energizing catalyst, she opens hearts and minds to personal and organizational transformation, drawing leaders inward toward deeper self-awareness so they may better serve outward with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

A former high-level gymnast and NCAA All-Academic diver for the University of Notre Dame, Kim holds undergraduate degrees in Theology and Pre-Medicine. A providential “God-wink” led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Leadership, Coaching and Facilitation of Organizational Learning & Change from Saint Mary’s College of California. Additionally, she holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University.

Kim has joyfully served the Church through parish and young adult ministry, pilgrimage and retreat leadership, and liturgical service as a lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, and Mass coordinator. Residing in Northern California with her husband, Brendan, and their beloved cat, she finds renewal through contemplative prayer, time with family, adventures on the coast, and serving her Church community.
