Kyle Hatfield
Director of Engagement
Kyle Hatfield serves as the Director of Engagement at Catholic Leadership Institute, where he works with bishops, priests, and lay leaders to understand their needs and challenges, connecting them with the Institute's services and opportunities for accompaniment in the parishes and dioceses they serve.
Before joining Catholic Leadership Institute, Kyle served as the Camp Director at The Pines Catholic Camp near Tyler, Texas, where he oversaw camp operations, program development, and staff leadership. Prior to his time at The Pines, Kyle served as the Middle School Youth Minister at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Houston, Texas.
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Catechetics from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He and his wife, Angela, live in the Dallas, Texas, area with their six daughters and are members of St. Ann Catholic Parish in Coppell, Texas.
An avid distance runner and a proud girl dad through and through, Kyle has learned that keeping up with six daughters is its own kind of endurance sport.
