Maria Luby
Leadership Consultant
Maria Luby joined Catholic Leadership institute as a Leadership Consultant in 2023. Her most recent experience was at the parish level as the Director of Family Life and Youth Ministry at St. Thomas of Villanova Parish. In that role, she developed and implemented programming for youth and young adults. Maria is a longtime volunteer in her parish and is committed to making others feel welcome and building a strong Church community.
Maria’s corporate experience includes a background in pharmaceutical marketing and market research in her years at Merck. She is also the coordinator for the parish chapter of Walking with Purpose.
Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Life Sciences from Rice University and a master’s in business from Columbia University. She and her husband, Mike, with their four sons and a dachshund, live in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
