Molly Judd began her career at the Holy See’s Mission to the United Nations, where she supported diplomatic efforts rooted in human dignity and Catholic social teaching. That formative experience sparked a lifelong commitment to serving mission-driven organizations at the intersection of faith, strategy, and communication. With a background spanning international advocacy, nonprofit leadership, and arch/diocesan collaboration, Molly has advised bishops and priests personally as well as through various organizations, including the Pontifical Mission Societies, Catholic Leadership Institute, and KP Consulting Group. She also has helped to shape national initiatives like the National Eucharistic Congress, and guided Catholic ministries through branding, messaging, and organizational change. Now an independent consultant, Molly partners with Catholic organizations to deliver high-impact, deeply personalized support—always with a heart for the Church, a clear voice, and a strategic mind.
