Patricia Frank
Leadership Consultant
Patricia Frank is a leadership consultant with the Catholic Leadership Institute, bringing nearly 20 years of experience as a hospital executive and leadership coach. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is passionate about supporting leaders and organizations in living out their mission with purpose, integrity, and compassion. Patricia lives on her family farm in Ohio with her husband, Tim. She is actively involved in her home parish, serving as a lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, and participating in faith formation. Patricia is blessed with two children and three grandchildren, who fill her life with joy and inspire her commitment to faith, family, and service.
