Patti Frank, MSN, RN, FACHE, is a Leadership Consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of senior healthcare leadership experience. As a former hospital executive, she has extensive experience in organizational strategy, leadership development, culture building, team effectiveness, operational improvement, and navigating complex organizational change.
In her work with Catholic Leadership Institute, Patti accompanies bishops, priests, diocesan leaders, parish teams, and lay leaders as they seek greater clarity, strengthen leadership capacity, build healthy and mission-focused cultures, and translate strategic priorities into meaningful action. She brings a collaborative and practical approach to consulting and coaching, balancing thoughtful listening with the support, challenge, and accountability leaders need to move forward.
