Peggy Pandaleon
Leadership Consultant
Peggy joined the Catholic Leadership Institute in March 2023. Prior to CLI, she served as the Director of Faith Formation Programs at Word on Fire Catholic Ministries and developed a portfolio of adult formation programs based on Catholic teaching through the lens of Bishop Robert Barron. She marketed these programs, and advised, supported, and trained program users, primarily in parishes.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, she started her career in consumer products marketing. Peggy worked at large, packaged food companies, including General Mills, Sara Lee, and Kraft Foods. Wanting more flexibility for her young family, she then founded a consulting practice and provided strategic planning, new product consulting, and consumer research to a wide range of brand-driven clients for more than 20 years.
Peggy is the Chair of the Board of Advisors at the University of St. Mary of the Lake (Mundelein Seminary) and has served her parish in many capacities and ministries. She resides in Lake Forest, Illinois, with her husband, George. Together they have raised three children who now have flown the nest to live and work out-of-state.
