Rachel Greer joined Catholic Leadership Institute in 2026 as a Leadership Consultant.
As a Human Resources senior leader for over 10 years, specifically focusing on Employee Relations, Rachel has been recognized as a driver of process improvement, consistently identifying inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and elevating employee experience through thoughtful, data-informed strategies. Rachel is known for her pragmatic approach, empathetic leadership, and ability to turn complex challenges into opportunities for culture-building and growth.
Rachel holds a bachelorā€™s degree in English from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. She continued her post-graduate education at Walsh College, where she obtained a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management.
Rachel and her husband, Travis, live in the Metro Detroit area with their two kids, Natalie and Lucas. They are active members and festival chairpersons at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
