Robin Fleming

Robin Fleming has 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry working for small family-owned companies and large corporations. As Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager for Fleet Card Fuels, Fleming helped market natural gas and bio-diesel fueling stations in Central California. She also conducted training on customer service skills and advertising/marketing for independent petroleum companies throughout the US.
As Senior Manager, Business Development at Kern Economic Development Corporation, Fleming was responsible for supporting the energy/natural resources and aerospace/defense industries in a variety of policy issues. She was instrumental in founding the Alliance of Women in Energy (AWE), a networking and mentoring group for women professionals in the energy and utility fields and the Alliance in Women in Energy Mentoring Initiative, a STEM mentoring program for high school students.
During her tenure as Policy, Government and Public Relations Representative for Chevron North America Exploration and Production, she was responsible for local and state government and community outreach and internal communications.
Robin has organized and facilitated various women’s retreats, numerous bible studies, Leadership seminars and Vision Workshops to women of all ages. Robin’s passion for Christ is evident in her many years of teaching.
Robin holds a two-year certificate in Leadership Development from Indiana University, a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Theology in Leadership from Summit Bible College. Robin is also a certified Spiritual Coach and assists men and women come to a deeper relationship with our Lord.
