Timothy Chik
Leadership Consultant
Timothy Chik serves as a Leadership Consultant with the Catholic Leadership Institute, accompanying leaders as they discern, grow, and strengthen their mission. He brings a deep love for the Catholic Church and extensive experience leading complex organizations across nonprofit, Archdiocesan, education, and corporate sectors.
Tim has served on the leadership team with Life on Belay, building partnerships with non-profit organizations across the country to strengthen communities and support families. Life on Belay is a national organization that provides leadership consulting and organizational strategy to support non-profits to fulfill their mission. Within the Church, Tim spent more than a decade with the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, where he directed operations for the Savior Pastoral Center. There, he had the privilege of working alongside Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann and diocesan leadership in support of evangelization, discipleship, and formation. His work included overseeing retreat and conference operations, large-scale pastoral programming, and digital communications that helped extend the Church’s mission.
Earlier in his career, Tim held leadership roles in Catholic education at St. Louis University High School, where he combined teaching, coaching, and pastoral formation, and in the private sector with Drury Hotels, where he led large-scale operational, financial, and team development initiatives, in Illinois, Missouri and Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Saint Louis University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Tim and his family reside in O’Fallon, Missouri, where he remains actively engaged in parish life and the broader Catholic community of St. Louis.
