I am privileged to serve as the moderator of the Episcopal Advisory Board of Catholic Leadership Institute.
Not only does Catholic Leaderhsip Institute understand priestly ministry and pastoral leadership, they truly love our ministry and us. They want us to be healthier, more joyful, and better-equipped leaders.
They also care about the Catholics in the pews… the Catholics who have left the pews… and the Catholics who right now are considering not coming back.
Because of that care, Catholic Leadership Institute is both asking and attempting to answer the question: “What if they don’t come back?”
It’s a question that keeps many of us up at night. But in his Innovation Talk with Our Sunday Visitor, Dan Cellucci explores the idea that maybe this is a question of tremendous opportunity.
