Reclaim the Fire of Your Ordination
The Foundations Track is a 9-month journey that grounds a priest in a deeper self-awareness of his role as a priest in modern times, growing his individual leadership skills and equipping him to navigate often complex pastoral environments with confidence.
A priest’s ministry is no longer one contained in a parish or familiar ground. Like the first apostles, he is called to go out “into the deep” — just as Jesus called Peter to cast his net (Luke 5:4) — and reclaim souls for Christ. This revival depends on priests to reclaim the fire of their ordination and remember to Whom they belong.
This track is for priests ordained within the past ten years who want to see positive change and growth within themselves and by extension, their parishes or faith communities.

The Foundations Track is divided into three phases that build on the topic of identity with three on-site sessions for each phase.
- Son of the Father: Understand how your identity shapes your leadership, orienting your leadership in the gifts God gave you through the practice of self-awareness.
- Disciple of Jesus: Strengthen your call to mission through spiritual practices, relational leadership, and authentic accompaniment.
- Priest of the Church: Deepen your vocation, strengthen pastoral leadership, and cultivate healthy spiritual fatherhood and fraternity.
This track is for priests ordained within the past ten years who want to see positive change and growth within themselves and, by extension, their parishes or faith communities. Each phase is comprised of four modes of learning, designed to support busy priests in their everyday life: In-Person Instruction, Self-Paced Learning, One-on-One Coaching, and Virtual Discussions.
Eius Core Principles
Eius Foundations aims to recapture the Fire of Ordination.
The Priest is Chosen.
The Priest is Anointed.
The Priest is Promised.
During the Ordination Rite, a man called to the priesthood gives a resounding yes to this and six other resolves: "Do you resolve to be united more closely every day to Christ the High Priest, who offered himself for us to the Father as a pure sacrifice, and with Him to consecrate yourself to God for the salvation of all?"
This promise was not just for a day — it was for a lifetime.
