Five Foundational Ministries Worksheet
Foundational Ministries are the essential ongoing work of an organization—the way an organization fulfills its sacred purpose, lives out its values, and pursues its vision. A critical component of envisioning the parish is aligning your priorities and goals to a larger vision. This worksheet helps provide an overview of this Leadership Model of Alignment, and how you can set goals based on the Five Foundational Ministries for a healthy and holy parish.
Process to Create a Healthy and Holy Parish

Determine Your Three Pastoral Priorities
